Each package makes 2 balls of dough which can make two, 8" pan pizza crusts; or two, 10-12" thin crusts. You can use the whole bag to make one loaf of bread.
After you make the dough balls, they can be used immediately, stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator, or frozen for up to 3 months.
