Due to the high number of donation requests we receive every year, our conditions have changed in order to ensure we can help as many local organizations and causes as we can. Please complete the form below in order to be considered for a donation. You will receive an email response from us soon thereafter regarding your status of approval.
Our donated boxes value between $50-$65 and are best fit for fundraiser raffles, prizes, etc. You will receive a variety of Cleveland items selected by our team. You are not able to customize a donated box.
NEW IN 2017:
- IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A DONATION FROM CLEVELAND IN A BOX FOR A PAST EVENT WE ARE UNABLE TO DONATE AGAIN AS WE ARE TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE MANY ORGANIZATIONS WITH WHOM WE HAVE YET TO WORK WITH.
- All donation requests must be submitted online only at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
- Organizations must include a Tax ID to ensure non-profit or government entity legal status.
- We may not consider donation requests for individual benefits/memorials and third-party fundraising events.
- If approved, the box must be picked up at our store in Downtown Cleveland. We cannot ship donated boxes. This helps us ensure that our donations are impacting the local Greater Cleveland area. To ensure the freshness of the products in the box, boxes cannot be picked up earlier than two (2) weeks prior to an event date. You will receive a date to pick up your box upon approval of your donation request.
