STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is always FREE when boxes ship within the USA and to APO/FPO military addresses! For an additional cost, you can elect to ship your box via USPS Express Priority Mail should you require your box sooner. We will do everything we can to ship your box ASAP however, in the event of an unforeseen delay caused by USPS we cannot offer a refund for shipping costs and/or the cost of your box. You will receive a confirmation email once your box has shipped, which should occur within 24-72 business hours from the time you place an order (unless you have scheduled your box for a later delivery). Every shipping confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number. Please refer to this number for updates as to your box's whereabouts. Should you need help locating your tracking number please contact us for assistance.

APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES SHIPPING

We ship to our service men and women absolutely FREE! You will be able to enter the APO/FPO military address during checkout and receive the USPS Priority Mail option without charge. If you are experiencing difficulties or are having trouble getting the free shipping option, please contact us ASAP!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We love sending CLE all over the globe! We ship USPS Priority Mail International (an additional $60). According to USPS, Priority Mail International shipping is stated to arrive within 6-10 days. Scheduled International boxes will not be honored due to their longer delivery times. We ship all international boxes as soon as possible from their time of order. Not all international orders may come with a USPS tracking number. Please contact us if you have further concerns regarding it's whereabouts and we will do everything we can to provide updates.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We will replace any item that may have been damaged or broken during the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

USPS RETURNED BOXES

We ship all our boxes via the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, things don't always turn out as well as we would like them to and boxes end up returned to us. This can be due to any number of reasons: undeliverable as addressed/ incorrect address, damage, abandoned/ unclaimed mail, change of address, etc. If your box is returned to us via USPS we will contact you as soon as possible in order to proceed with your box. We do not provide refunds for returned boxes. For boxes shipped to domestic addresses, we will attempt to reship the box to the address provided or to a new domestic address free of charge. For boxes shipped to international addresses, you will have the option to have the box reshipped for the cost of international shipping ($60) or to have the box shipped to a U.S. domestic address free of charge. If any box is returned to us a second time, we cannot reship your box or refund your order.

USPS LOST BOXES

A lost box via USPS is very rare but does happen, particularly with boxes shipped internationally. For lost boxes shipped to domestic addresses, we will ship a replacement box to the address provided or to a new domestic address free of charge. For lost boxes shipped to international addresses, you will have the option to have a replacement box reshipped for the cost of international shipping ($60) or to have the replacement box shipped to a U.S. domestic address free of charge. If any box is lost a second time, we cannot attempt to reship your box again or refund your order.

CAN I ORDER A BOX ONLINE AND PICK IT UP IN-STORE?

Yes! You'll have the option to pick up your box at our store in Downtown Cleveland once a box is added to your cart.

CAN I SCHEDULE MY BOX FOR A LATER DELIVERY DATE?

Yes, you will have the option to specify a future date for delivery of your box once a box is added to your cart. We cannot make any guarantees that your box will arrive on the exact date you request but, we will do our best to ensure it arrives as close to the date provided as possible. We cannot provide refunds for boxes that do not arrive on the exact date requested. Boxes shipping internationally or via military APO/FPO cannot be scheduled, but will be shipped as soon as possible from the time your order was placed. Please be aware of the scheduled date you request. If you need your box sooner than 2-3 days, please use the USPS Express Priority Mail option to ensure your box ships faster than standard processing. At any time, the option to schedule boxes may become unavailable. We will make note of this on our website and social media accounts when this occurs.

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL ITEM TO MY BOX?

If you visit us in-store, you are able to include your own greeting cards, notes, and/or photos to a box you would like to have shipped. Any item outside of the previously listed items cannot be included to be shipped in your box. EXCEPTION: We will ship any personal items you wish to boxes addressed to military service members. Anything we can do to help the men and women serving our country feel a little closer to home, we'll do!
