Inca Tea was born from a trip through the Peruvian Mountains where Parma-native Ryan Florio discovered the use of purple corn to create a recipe for tea Cleveland has never seen before. Since his trip in 2012, Inca Tea has become known to be stocked on the shelves of many major grocery stores around Northeastern Ohio and beyond. The new Inca Tea Café has also created a footprint at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport that welcomes CLE travelers on Concourse B.
